Joe Saunderson

Head of Engineering at Mention Me

I build products at pace, measure everything, and occasionally catch fish.

About

I run engineering at Mention Me, a referral and advocacy platform in London: a 12-engineer org, though 70% of my week is still shipping code. The last year I rebuilt our development lifecycle around AI agents and roughly tripled output per engineer; yes, I measured it. Away from the keyboard: Liverpool FC, two daughters, and carp fishing in Kent.

If you want the unabridged version, there's a full bio. If you'd rather poke around: this site has at least three easter eggs, and the browser console is a good place to start.
